My husband's birthday supper while visiting our daughter's family. Rack of lamb, sweet potatoes, purple fingerling potatoes, golden beets, sweet onion with thyme and rosemary lamb jus. We enjoyed shopping at the new Earth Fare for the organic vegetables. Birthday cake was from the Best of Chocolate cookbook. Everything was wonderful!
I think they seasoned the lamb with just salt and pepper. The lamb was bought at Costco. 
Grilled to perfection by our son-in-law on his green egg!
Hope this makes the fishing better. Thanks to all the family. Wish everyone could have been here.

ReplyDeleteI wish I could like lamb, but it's one of those thing you either love or hate, I guess.... and I hate it. My mother used to make it fairly often when I was a kid and I just dreaded it. Oh well, what can you do...

I love lamb!! And I have similar problems with blogger as well. For me, it creates random extra spaces.
