Is there anything better than eating a slice of bread just out of the oven slathered with butter? It melts in your mouth. This whole wheat bread is very healthy and delicious. My daughter started milling her own flour from whole wheat about four years ago. She gave us bread so generously for so long we finally broke down out of shame and started making it too. I did it all at first and now my husband does most of the work. I measure out ingredients and clean up now. His bread is better than mine and we use the same recipe!
