Styling a Coffee Table

After all the Christmas decorations were put away I wanted to make a few changes especially in the den.  A new tray and new pillows were easy changes. Ordered the leopard pillows from Ballard and found the tray at Home Goods.  I like the cozy look for winter and love lighting the candle at night.

This is the same coffee table back in the summer.

Trays make vignettes fun and round up those magazines and books.

I've had several coffee tables over the years. I love glass top tables and still have this one and move it around from time to time from other rooms.

Have you made any changes in your decor after all the decorations were put away?

Next week, On Tuesday, I'll be joining in a tablescape blog hop sponsored by Chloe Crabtree at Celebrate and Decorate. The theme of the blog hop is "Romantic Dinner for Two." It begins, Monday, Jan. 23-26. Hope you'll stop by.

  2. I do love a tray. I do the same things -- something decorative along with the magazines. It's all so lovely. (Oh, good job on the pillows!)

  8. Your family room is so pretty, and I love the Ballard Designs pillows! We have a glass top dining room table and end table. I've decided when we redecorate our family room next month I'll find a much smaller coffee table. I'm rationalizing that the smaller the table the less surface area for stuff to accumulate.....

I look forward to your romantic dinner for two post! :)
